Conor can't test himself against the best because he IS the best and you can't fight yourself.

I completely agree w/ your first statement, Conor only goes against overmatched subpar competition like Holloway, Aldo, Poirier and Khabib. None of them are remotely on his level. He's never been tested in MMA except by his own lack of cardio.

Never seen anyone say Khabib was overrated, but I imagine we will here it nonstop after Conor finishes him.
