Kron is contractually owed fights, so they decided to give Bryce a layup and send Kron packing. Obviously Kron should not be fighting anyone ranked in the top 15, and presumably he's going to look old and rusty because he's old and rusty.

Bryce is a solid grappler and is probably going to beat Kron up in a shitty kickboxing fight.
