PFL Bryan Battle has signed with PFL

I’m wondering if we’ll ever see The Butcher back in the UFC

The PFL takeover continues !

War Poo Bear !

He looked phenomenal in that Dirty Boxing gimmick a few days ago, prolly what got him signed

Popov is quaking in his boots.

Good signing hope he can figure out his weight cutting. Looks like UFC's new star black Panther will be next if he don't figure out weight cutting.

Makes sense for him given that UFC probably wouldnt resign him for a while if at all. He's not a top 10 fighter imo so at his level making the move to PFL and trying one of them tournaments is best fit for him.

He just has to make weight.

That was quick.

I figured he'd do a couple regional fights and hope to get back to UFC.

I thought so too, but this kind of makes sense. It's possible the UFC might not take him back as quickly as he'd like.

He's probably never going to be a champion or star of the show in the UFC so signing with another big org while he's in his prime is not a bad move.

Abdoul Abdouraguimov just backed out of his upcoming fight with Kevin Jousset who lost in UFC to Bryan Battle maybe Abdoul would rather face a bigger challenger like Battle?

Yeah no, if anything it's just money related or he's trying to the UFC like he wanted before. This is a guy who fought Brad Wheeler (18-13 can) and Staropoli, it's not a matchmaking issue.

You think he wants a bigger challenge, taking a much, much bigger risk, while making the same amount of money... when even with a win literally nothing would change with how PFL handles him?

You are probably right for Lazy King to be the headliner I am sure he wanted more money and PFL probably just paid extra to sign Battle so not happy about paying him more.

Yes, but big difference from losing to a UFC guy that kept losing... so released from ufc, to losing to a guy cut because he had trouble making weight... in UFC eyes.
