I’ve never liked Michael Buffer, like 99% of all other announcers, he’s a robot with no emotion. Bruce, the good one between the two, is silly but brings the excitement. MMA is a spectacle and needs announcers like Bruce and crazy Pride lady.
 
So he wont be as good as the guy whose been doing it way longer,and is considered the best ring announcer of all time? Big fucking deal,dude.
 
Bruce is of the people. Thats why he'll do the job until he drops dead.

Lenne Hardt isnt even a real announcer. She just says shit as they come to the ring,then the real announcer in the ring does the actual job.
 
Micheal's voice is tremendous. So he rightfully doesnt have to yell his ass off. Bruce doesnt,so he makes up for it honest to goodness unabashed naked enthusiasm,and we love him for it.

I don't think Bruce sold the company that created big money for Michael, he started and ran the Buffer Partnership making them both huge money with the ready to rumble trademarks and pretty sure they still own it. Calling Bruce a bit of a marketing genius is a major understatement.

The internet credits Michael with the entire estimated value of the company, but that is idiotic. Bruce had at least an equal and most likely higher ownership share than Michael since he did the work as president and CEO.
 
Honestly, I love the excitement Bruce brings to the co-main/main events. It 100% gets me more excited for the up coming fight.

Now.. the long intros for early pre-lims are another thing. But maun events and really all main card fights deserve buffer.

She does actual announcing as well. Calls between rounds. Stuff like that.
 
Michael is that classy announcer of the gentleman sport of boxing. Clear soaring voice and clear articulation of every word. You can bring him to the fine arenas of London, Prague and Tokyo and he won't embarrass you.

Bruce has that raspy belting voice where you can't really understand what he's saying but who cares, it's about making noise. Perfect for human cock fighting bush league.
 
Bruce is a clown show compared to Micheal, there's no comparison. Bruce is an attention needing dweeb, while Michael was a true pro with a real voice.
