Bruce Buffer is bad

I don’t really like Buffer, but he’s kinda iconic at this point, part of the brand.. Plus I don’t really love the alternative Joe Martinez. I really loved the Pride screaming lady but she doesn’t really fit with the UFC’s atmosphere

I used to get annoyed with Goldie, too, but now that he is gone I kinda miss him. So I guess the same thing would happen with Buffer. They represent the campiness that the UFC truly embodies, behind the slick presentation and attempts to look like a ball sport.

Being honest to my fellow sherbros, I'm mostly jealous of his occupation. I don't mind the man.

I used to think he's the only good announcer, but now I cannot stand him. Everything about him irritates me for some reason, his voice, his face, his mannerisms, I have to skip or mute him every time, I don't know what happened.

I can't stand the bellator guy either, just for his voice.

Pretty much the same here but I couldn't stand him from the start, always fast forwarded through every pre and post fight announcement from him. Cheesy and cringe worthy.

Saw an interview with Bruce once and he really impressed me. Really nice, humble and appreciates he's lucky to have that job, very passionate about the sport. Seemed like a really interesting and cool guy tbf.

And yeah I like Joe Martinez too.

That said, he's the worst part of watching the UFC. Prelims he averages 90 seconds to intro. Main event? 3 god damn minutes of his vocal truffle shuffle.
