Lots of my patients who are heavy powerlifters, or your run of the mill juice head , clench their teeth so much during lifting that they completely wear the enamel off the edges / cusps of their teeth, exposing the soft dentin underneath, which is consequently prone to decay since these fuckers are eating 6 times a day at least (constantly lowering the pH in the mouth). Add this to questionable oral hygiene habits at home, this is the result. I always suggest occlusal guards to my juice head patients.

Likely from teeth grinding during sleep he gnawed them off and doesn't brush his teeth after chewing tabacco and drinking lots of coffee, he should have wore those mouth pieces from the dentist to avoid this

Its weird years ago his teeth were in good condition now they are horrible wtf man

Why would he do that to himself, I could never do that when my teeth are not brushed I feel like shit going outside I dont even wanna speak I gotta have minty fresh breath I even carry some travel sized thera mouth wash with me in my Cooler when I travel in my car.

Most def from not brushing, drinking coffee to stay away he probably drinks that dark coffee no cream too, and chewing tobacco. and the grinding at night when he sleeps, thats how the bottoms got gnawed out, he should have got a mouth piece to wear at night to fix the grinding or bruxism.

Heavy grinding/clenching from steroid abuse. Has nothing to do with tobacco. When you see a continuous row where the Incicsal edge of teeth are worn down to the point where Dentin shows, he’s grinding the shit out his teeth. If he’s not going to get crowns he should at least invest in a night guard. Otherwise he’s teeth will just chip off. And yes I work in the dental field
