You guys are a weird bunch, probably the only group of people who would watch this and think Brett was the one who was out of line. Brett just miscalculated, he had a two point question and didn't get to put out his full thought when tony was already answering, that's all he's guilty of. And you guys are acting like he has some history of being a douchebag or something, instead of the guy who is bitter as fuck, cant even have class when a rival finally retires, blocks his own fans from his social media when they try to give him encouraging comments, and was sour af when gaethje tkod him after the fight, didnt even accept gaethje trying to show him love and instead acted like gaethje was undeserving of his position

Tony gets away with so much because he plays up this madman character. The guy was a douchebag all the way back on TUF. Nothing's changed since then.

I wish there were ten more examples of Tony checking guys like this lol.

Seriously though, this Brett guy came out of nowhere when the UFC switched to ESPN... I never heard of him before that, and then all the sudden he's immediately getting hella TV time.

Tony has got too many voices in his head when he is talking. Of course, he reacts like that to interruptions.

"Don't ask me questions! I'm not taking questions! The golden god is not taking questions! I am the golden god! I am taking action!"

Uh...
Tony jumped in to answer part of the question before Okamoto finished speaking and Okamoto hurriedly finished his thought to give the first part of the question context.
Then Tony gets upset about an interruption...
Only to then have his phone ring in the middle of a filmed interview.

Oh the layers upon layers of irony.

Pretty bold of ESPN to put the lap dog with the most awkward interview in the sport. A weasel would have been a much safer choice.

That dumb 10-9 Conor tweet aside, I don't know why people dog this guy so much.

The interviews I've seen with him have generally been respectable and solid, and the commentary that I've seen with him has (mostly) been within the bounds of reasonableness, even if it's not expert-level great shakes.

Kneepads?

People really wear kneepads for BJJ? Why?
the floor is literally padded. Wtf?

I trained for a little while at a small gym and never saw that.

I would hope that people rip on him mercilessly for that? Ask him if he need to change his tampon? Call him Nancy.
Shit like that.

What the fuck has this world come to?

I remember playing college rugby and our own team would beat you up if they found you wearing a cup.

This world has gotten soft.
bjj has become a hipster sport at this point. lots of weak cucked skinnyclowns.

Would have been gold if Tony answered the phone "hold on I'm talking brother"

BJJ and hipsters .... those words just don’t go together in my brain but I’ll take your word for it.

Oh well. If it gets people into martial arts then that’s a good thing.

Did he really just carry on talking over Tony, he must have been fishing for the catchphrase or something, it would have been a bit much against anyone, nevermind Tony

Brett would never have the guts to intentionally cause some stir.

Brett is one of those ”hey bro u looked azm tonight with your split decision win, but yeah tell me all about the infant that just got out of your wife? And please tell me how great of a father you are! And dude you’re so nice please don’t be mad at me”. Dog shit. John Morgan is the same. Acting like the fat guy who wants to be with the jocks.

Sad to say but it's true. Demanding ppl to buy your ppv every interview will not change the numbers in the end..The ppv module is dying because us younger folks are more intelligent than the older folks.. that's the truth.. paying for a service that only lasts for 48hrs on your console/device that's a shitty service constantly lagging and all that depends on your internet.. over 60$ for it.. that's a scam. I pay for things I can own.. not rent out..only very gullible ppl like to do that, still there's a demographic for it.. That's why UFC hasn't canned scamming or conning ppl all these years.. 26 years and still going strong SUCKAS
How long till they switch to a monthly subscription for all events.
