His special is an insult to the craft of stand up comedy and a slap in the face to the thousands of comedians who put in the hard work and face exposing themselves in a very vulnerable way to audiences to work thru the process of creating genuinely funny and thought provoking material.

At least "shit" and "trash" at one point in their journey served a purpose in society, the same can not be said for Schaub's "comedy."

Youtube, given the combination of its size and corporate friendly policies, has done plenty to help erode freedom-friendly parts of copyright law, such as the fair use exemption, which should be interpreted broadly.
