breathing strips

I was just wondering if anybody has used those breathing strips you put across the bridge of your nose?do they really help you breath better?

I had a roommate in college that used to wear them for finals...yeah, he was a weird kid. He said they worked.

yep. They help alot i started using them this wrestling season.

they should make face strips so your face is scrunched up and it absorbs the impact of a punch better
