i just did some with cleans up to 20. anyone try these.....they are absolute killers
Aha, a Mark Twight fan, eh? I've done them once, with deadlifts. Killer.
I'm intrigued by the idea but have yet to try them seriously.

IM drawing a blank on these
do one rep the take one breath, do 2 reps then take 2 breaths.....keep goin til failure but use a full body move like swings or clean or deads
