I dont think Trump has gone as far as Biden, but I think most of these commuted sentences and pardonings are horse shit. I just cant be bothered because nobody wants consistency.

It is a blatant attempt by Trump to win the Nobel Peace Prize in Math.

On top of Santos being a piece of shit, I have a bigger problem with the absolute self dealing both parties seem to do with pardons.

Once again an idea that actually makes sense if applied, strategically, ethically and logically, the way the framers of the constitution intended it to be used, the power, in rare cases, to pardon or commute a sentence of someone falsely imprisoned, gets transmogrified by our generations absolute lack of ethics and honor, into a tool to gain more power, curry favor, or just fuck over the other side.

The framers of the constitution were a bunch of hippies freaks who somehow couldn't picture a world hundreds of years latter with a society so fucking stupid and venal as today's America, And I don't need to hear crap from a bunch of hippie freaks!
