I used to collect Spawn action figures and other Mcfarlane toys several years ago. But I'd always take them out of the box which obviously isn't recommended for resale value. I have a couple of plastic tubs packed away around here somewhere with a bunch of loose figures. Oh, and I had some Chaos Comics stuff as well, Evil Ernie and Lady Death and a few others.It's fun but a major pita for upkeep and god forbid you relocate. I've lost so much stuff over the years but I'm also a serious headcase so there is that too.
P.S. I'll admit that I don't get shoes/bags/clothing/hat collections.

Nice. I mostly collect roman, celtic and rare barbarian coins. But I have plenty of items from bronze age and iron age (axe, knives, fibula, earrings, spears, arrows etc) and have plenty of stone age tools.
