Recently got PCS(post concussive syndrome), any advice for vitamins good for my brain? Coupled with a healthy lifestyle of course...
Alpha brain dawg
Just took my first two 45 mins ago, about 6 weeks late I guess but better late than never.Fish oils have been proven to have a positive effect in reducing inflammation in the brain. It has a protective effect and is recommended in high doses immediately after a concussion.

Interesting. This article was a very good read on lithium orotate. Does seem like it actually works for BPD, anxiety and PTSD, but there might be some side effects that you'd have to take into consideration.MCT oil is a bit like getting ketones to your brain without having to go into ketosis.
I had a neuro feedback doctor suggest MCT oil and it was better than the coconut oil I had been putting in my smoothies -- but I was also taking other things too.
I did the fish oil and it didn't do anything for me. One of the best things was something called lithium orotate which is a trace mineral, like sodium or magnesium. Very affordable and worked wonders on my PTSD type symptoms of my PCS.
