I disagree, and I question why you'd even feel the need to say that such things are soft, rather than simply say it's not your style - unless you felt somehow threatened by the prospect of what an admission to such a thing may indicate about you in the eyes of other men (aka soft).

It's not my style and it's soft.

This forum is filled with soft dudes who have a variety of emotional issues. If I was just being insecure, this would be the perfect place to admit to it.
