Boycotting PPV ... WILL NOT WASTE $80+ AGAIN ... Unless

The last PPV I bought was Rampage vs Silva. I used to give my dad cash so he would buy the PPVs for me.

Now I'm content in watching the fights minutes after they end on youtube or catching the highlights the next morning. Plus I don't have to sit thru all the filler fights and can focus on the ones I'm actually interested in

Newer fans don't realize that UFC used to be the Super Bowl of MMA. Every card was stacked. Plus there was Pride which was even bigger than UFC.

I much prefer how it is now. I don't want to go back to the days of 1 event per month or less. I really don't get why people want to see less fights, unless you legit are always paying for every event. The spectacle and mystique of the older events are gone but that really was not something that could last. The sport got more popular and we have constant access to social media and media in general so it's impossible to have the same effect as the old days even if there were less events.

I used to buy every PPV but honestly, I can save $90 CAD by simply going on a website and casting it to my TV.

I’d pay 30 but anything above that just feels like a ripoff tbh. I think the ufc would make more money if the lowered the price honestly and allowed it back in bars. Their fees to play it in a bar killed off UFC at bars almost everywhere which is bad for the sport.

They really need to do something with ESPN+ as a bundle or deal or something. The PPV prices are insane if you are a regular consumer.
