Very welcome. It does have a rather hypnotic effect, hearing James Brown and seeing the legendary Liston training. Sonny was well known as being a very voracious jump roper! He also had enormous hands, and if I recall correctly his fist diameter was measured as one of the biggest ever among the heavyweight champs.
