Good start for Briedis, probably up two rounds despite not anything big happening. Huck can't figure out what to do yet.

To be fair barely any of Huck's work in fights comes from range, it's all inside flurries and clinch punching. But yes, he's far too inactive in this fight and he is definitely down.

If Briedis is still fresh midway through 8 I might jump on Briedis in rounds 11 or 12, Huck is frozen out there, he's too cautious of Briedis' power to the point where he is stuck in the headlights.

I find it hard to score even 1 round for Huck at this point, a couple rounds have been close but Briedis is edging them. He's just landing more and landing cleaner.

Beaten by the better man, too tentative and didn't even get the better of his own game (dirty fighting, clinching), no complaints there, Briedis looks solid and answers his first real big test.

Would love to see Bellew come back down and fight Briedis, Briedes takes than in my opinion after seeing this, he has the technical ability as well as the one shot power, nightmare match up.

Actually glad the judges scored it as wide as it should be, good judging and the Cruiserweight division has another exciting prospect.

If Naramani call keep up the good work and pull the upset against Pimblett I'll make most of it back.
