Maybe fight not to go the distance @ +150 in Lomachenko/Walters? Walters has big power and Lomachenko can start picking him apart in the later rounds.

Prices are all over the place on Lomachenko vs Walters. I'm seeing -400s to -900s on Lomachenko and comebacks in the +300s to +600s on Walters. One can even get a freeroll if you had multiple books.

I had bet Ahmet Patterson against Liam Williams a few months ago at +280 and then the bet was cancelled when the fight got rescheduled for this weekend. Debating whether I want to pull the trigger at +175.

Anyone have thoughts on this one?

It's off again!

Loma is a spectacular fighter, I definitely favor him here, but the line is starting to get a bit out of hand imo.

Walters is a very good fighter in his own right and has a lot of physical attributes that make him tough to deal with as well (E.g. he's got a freakish reach for the weight, only listed as an inch taller than Loma but has a 7.5" reach advantage. 73 inch reach, that shit's crazy for a guy who's only 5'7"). He's also very effective on the inside, especially for a guy who's built to fight long range.

He's a decent boxer, although nowhere near Lomas level so he's obviously gonna want to be the puncher/aggressor here. Fortunately for him hes a big puncher, even up at 130.

Basically what I'm saying is that I expect Loma to win this l,probably clearly, but I wouldn't be surprised at all if Walters goes in there and the really makes this interesting. Biggest test of both guys careers both are gonna bring it, haven't hit it yet but seriously considering a stab at Walters at +600 here.

Like I said Lomas a great fighter and I love watching him in there, he's a special fighter, that being said its hard for me to lay the juice on him here imo. Pick is Loma for sure but play is probably Walters at long odds, he's dangerous for anybody imo.

Edit: also probably gonna stab draw too.

Lomachenko price is definitely out of hand as amazing as he is. Got to throw half a unit on Walters.

Walters wins by decision is up to +1600. It's like they're saying he can pretty much only win by KO.

Probably just because 21/25 of his wins are by KO and the last time he went to dec it was a draw against Sosa. Lomachenko is so good at adjusting in the later rounds too. Plus Walters hasn't knocked anyone out since moving up in weight.

walters is also going to have legitimately 10 pounds on him, 145+ to 135. has a great jab, overhand right, uppercut, left hook and has good output(averaged 60+/round against marriaga and sosa) he looks in good shape here so i dont think he is going to have a problem making weight

i had an action play on walters and went to a full unit. i think there might be a chance to middle this

You guys are really betting against Vasyl GOATmachenko? I think if his decision prop isn't crazy I'm just taking that

Absolutely all over Loma Decision @ 1.80

I'd be incredibly surprised if this isn't a very lopsided decision, probably 10-2.

Any concern about Loma overwhelming him and getting a late stoppage?

Potentially, that's legitimately my only concern, no concern of Walters taking it.

Walters has eaten some clean shots before, albeit usually against more undersized opponents. I can only see Loma getting a late finish if Walters goes fully out for the KO in the earlier rounds, tires trying to chase down Loma and then starts getting tagged. I mean the possibility is there but I don't see him being that foolish, being that over aggressive against someone as technically skilled as Loma who has excellent footwork and counter punching would be a fatal mistake.

Can't resist at this price:

Vasyl Lomachenko wins by 12 round decision (-130) vs Nicholas Walters $130.00 for $100.00

Small plays for the main event on the BoxNation card tomorrow afternoon. Hopefully some live betting will be in effect:

Bradley Skeete wins by KO/TKO/DQ (-120) ~$36.87 for ~$30.72
Bradley Skeete wins in round 10-12 (+650) ~$11.07 for ~$71.95
