Hopefully Umar can bring it home
Madrimov winning would be great.
Umar winning will be great, but also mostly expected. Looking at skills/potential, have wondered if Umar is about the most promising prospect -> now -> contender the UFC has had since Islam Makhachev.
If it weren't for Umar's shoulder (??), consideration would be given to making big (multi-thousand)
real $ moves.
Belal looked amazing. Let's get him versus Shavkat.
Seems there is speculation it could be Marty or Shavkat.
Also wish Khamzat could cut weight and NOT inflame his lungs, so he could still be involved now that 170 is moving on. Too bad.
Mokaev gets a bad wrap on here. I don't understand all the hate for a young undefeated kid.
Exactly. It does not make sense. He looks like he could work to "put it alltogether" and become a champion. And he apparently has as much/more heart than every contending fighter.
Talk about "To the death" and "You have to kill me" etc. often leads to a fighter tapping,
but Mokaev's inability to tap is verified.
What is hated vs. what is not hated as related to the UFC
seems strange and based on weird agendas.
And that might be within the larger issue of general dislike for the 125 division, despite it being more interesting now than ever.
