Bought a new medicine ball and it lacks air , help !

  1. So I bought an Everlast 10lbs medicine ball and it lacks air. When I slammed the ball down , it didn't come back up , is it a good thing or bad ?

    Yeah now that video was funny haha. Unlike that fello there you might want to experiment a little bit to see if that ball would work good for slams or other types of accessory work.

    It's too new. I prefer my hardwood platforms broken in, otherwise they're a bit slippery. Or at least that's my experience.
