Bone on Bone

I could barely walk the day after my first fight. I think the guy blocked 90% of the leg kicks I threw. I didn't even blink during the fight, I even thought, "This is what I was so afraid of?" The next day my shins were very swollen and sore.

Since then I've felt a lot more urgency to learn how to set up my kicks rather than just throwing them.
