I think it's a waste of energy to focus on the number but I do understand why people do it, whatever works for ya, more power to ya.I'd say you're both 20-25%. Bro has noticeably higher muscle mass.
therein lies one of the dangers of steroidsthey both might have the same amount of fat but the percentage is surely very different.
Guys want to get low bf for aesthetics so their abs and overall definition pop out more.I think it's a waste of energy to focus on the number but I do understand why people do it, whatever works for ya, more power to ya.
Re: these two statements, I won't take a stab at the number without a lot more info but I think bro and god are probably that 5% difference which I wouldn't class as "around the same". If their height is the same than they both might have the same amount of fat but the percentage is surely very different.
In the end though especially with this little info my opinion doesn't mean shit and for me what should matter is if whatever amount of fat and muscle one is carrying fits their goals for health, abilities and appearance.
ye I wanna fight at welterweight and im at 208 rn so I hope I don't have to cut too much weightGuys want to get low bf for aesthetics so their abs and overall definition pop out more.
Also for sports you weigh in for it can be an advantage since it can help you cut down to a lower weight class.
Welterweight is 170lbs, right? So 38lbs. That's a lot of weight. You'll definitely need to lean out.ye I wanna fight at welterweight and im at 208 rn so I hope I don't have to cut too much weight
I mean cut too much water weight lolWelterweight is 170lbs, right? So 38lbs. That's a lot of weight. You'll definitely need to lean out.
@period seems to know a lot about cutting
Dude you could surely, maybe not "easily" drop 25 lbs in the next 6 months if you bumped that up on the priority list. You would look sharp as hell, including your shoulders looking way better btw, and most likely perform better on fight night with a pretty easy water cut. Don't grow old and wake up one day wishing you had taken some shots like that when you were young and resilient.I mean cut too much water weight lol

I regret some stuff like that a lot and now I'm years past realistic goals in some areas, it blows.
