This week I have gone to about 9 hours of martial arts sessions (striking, grappling), I have run 10.5km, and I have done some deadlifts.

basically the same again this week. Next week I might increase my running distance.

I am filling out my weekly summary for Tuesday 26th. I increased my running distance to a good 15km, skipped the deadlifts, and did extra shadow boxing
