Hi guys, just need to know what these are. I've read some stuff about them but its always talking about a different lift and how these will help with other lifts ect. Can someone please tell me what these lifts are and the correct way to do them?

    Thanks.

Board press = bench with boards on your chest.

Floor press = bench press on the floor.

JM press and close grip bench press is almost identical.

No, I'm pretty sure the JM press is more of a modified tricep extension than a close grip bench.
