Blue Murder had all the numbers right: great members, John Sykes and Carmine Appice among others, the time was right, producer was top, everything, BUT the debut album was a flop back in '89. You be the judge!

I would argue even by 89 more standard hair metal was already in decline post GnR.

Listening to it right now. Pretty damn solid album. I like it. 7.5/10.
