Blue light blocking glasses. Yay or nay?

So does this mean that blue light doesn’t actually interfere with melatonin? Or does this mean that melatonin does fuck all to actually make us have a better sleep?
the evidence that blue light surpresses melatonin is pretty strong.
the evidence for melatonins regulation of our sleep is EXTREMELY strong.
what isnt strong is that blocking blue light with glasses affects melatonin levels strong enough to have a strong and consistent clinical effect on sleep. There have been some studies that suggest it does, while most of the more recent publications (~past 4 years or so) on the topic find that it doesnt.
