Social Blake Lively/Justin Baldoni Legal Drama

I have been hearing about this for weeks until only recently I found a summary. Blake Lively, who used to star in a show called Gossip Girl, gossiped up an issue to hurt her director and co-star's Justin Baldoni's reputation. Justin adapted a fairly popular book and Blake wanted to call the shots in the production, trying to have the script and her wardrobe changed. Justin didn't want to bend to her diva shit, and she went ballistic on him.

She went full blown narcissist on this one. Even if you make the case that the reason that the Baldoni movie became a success was because she was wife to a famous movie star and BFF's with Taylor Swift, she went way beyond what an actor in a production does. She tried to ruin Justin on proven fake sexual harassment claims, and tried to get Ryan Reynolds and the entire Swiftie fanbase on her side, but it turned out she fabricated many of her claims.

I have been victimized by gossip girls in the past. If this ruins her career, she deserves it.

If you look at her past behaviour and what happened on set based as proven facts it is very obvious Lively is trying to destroy him simply out of a power move and being a toxic person. She gives of Ellen de Generes vibes.

Still with her media power she is able to paint herself as the victim despite all that and a sizeable part of people will believe her story. Propaganda 1O1

From what I know there is 0 bad blood between Scarlett and Ryan. Whether he cheated with Blake I don't know. But wasn't it rumored she cheated with Sean Penn?
 
The only interesting thing about this is the fact that a Sony exec commented that: "Reynolds berating Baldon during a meetingi was way beyond anything heard before" - which, given Ryan's ability to come up with vulgarities on the fly must have been pretty damn grlorious an outburst. If you can shock a damn movie studio exec, nuclear is gonna be on the milder side of the scale.

Hopefully we get a proper report of that during the court case.

True, but to be fair, you immediately take her side LMAO! She has a history of being a diva and most of the females that have worked with her in the past can't stand her. She is famous for being a mean girl. My take is that Blake was being difficult and Baldoni was like fuck that this is my movie. She was trying to rewrite scenes, cut stuff out etc. She flexed her clout, got her husband involved and took over producer credits. I think Baldoni and Blake got along at first and acted like friends. He probably did the things she is saying, but it wasn't an issue until they had a falling out. Plenty of witnesses are saying she was inappropriate with him. When she decided to tank the movie on the promotion trail, he decided to bury her with his PR team. Truth is, I don't know this dude or care about him. I have liked Blake in a few things, but she is no star worthy of being a diva. I think they BOTH come off looking poorly here, and both should drop it and move on.
