I watched it live yesterday. The first thing that came to mind is that Yaniv reminds me very much of Ray Blanchard's theorized autogynephilic subset of transsexuals.

Blanchard is a psychologist who theorized that there were multiple transsexual types who, although they bore superficial similarities, had followed different developmental paths and had very different intentions and motivations for transitioning.

Autogynephilic transsexuals, as the name implies, are attracted and aroused at the idea of themselves as women. It's a sexual fetish essentially. They don't experience gender dysphoria. That's exactly what this guy is. He shows up to spas and is looking to get biological women to touch his penis because it's part of the fetish. His messaging young girls and asking if he can "help them insert tampons" is part of his paraphilia, he's got philic tendencies on top of everything else.

By tripping over themselves to be as stupidly open and accepting as possible, liberal legislators have made the laws too permissive and too open to be exploited by ill-intentioned deviants like this guy.

Pretty spot on, IMO. There's a pretty stark difference between this Jessica Yaniv character and say Contrapoints or Blaire White. These are two different things. Yaniv is a pervert and a threat.

I'd like to believe this person does not represent the trans community by and large. It does just seem like a guy who doesn't actually believe he's a woman and wishes to live that way, rather he just has a fetish and, in these texts, he clearly gets off on talking with biological women about the female body in a weird "girl talk" type of way. It turns him on to talk about it and I bet he has that "what should I do?" conversation a lot.

This person should not be considered the norm in the transgendered community and he should be roundly condemned. But, people like him is exactly the type to take advantage of laws that change in consideration of the trans community. He is the nightmare that Anti Trans Bathroom people say they worry about, but the Pro Trans Bathroom people say doesn't exist or are extremely rare.

I don't know a lot about her just that she leans conservative (I think?) and is pretty level headed. She also has appeared on Crowder. Jessica Yaniv lives in Canada and is a child predator that uses being trans (most likely a lie) to prey on children and harass people. Yaniv is the biggest reason the whole bathroom controversy exists in regards to trans people using the bathroom of their choice. Parents wisely do NOT want child predators like this disgusting Yaniv guy to be able to legally waltz into a girls bathroom to get his rocks off and scope out his prey.

Most people don't think this scumbag is the norm with trannies but they recognize that some of these laws are open to abuse. When you can just say "oh, I'm a woman" and you should immediately be treated as such and no one should be able to challenge it, philes/predators will take advantage of it.

The tranny aspect is definitely not secondary as it’s his protected status under Canadian law that’s being exploited, enabling him to engage in his predatory behavior. I don't want this sick predator in the restroom with ANY female member of my family. Now obviously I don't want him in the bathroom with my theoretical son either but there isn't a common sense law that can stop that from happening until the guy is caught and arrested.

Theoretically if I am at a public bathroom with my son we would most likely go in at the same time regardless of his age. If he is still young and vulnerable I would simply make it a point to monitor him in the bathroom. I'm not a weirdo so I can't do that with my daughter at a public bathroom and I don't appreciate laws protecting potential philes so that they can be in there with them.
