At least L3 was kind of funny in a self-aware way. TLJ sucks. We have common ground there.

Blacks speak out a few years ago about how they get snubbed at the oscars and you tell us to shut up.

Black panther wins oscars for some lower end categories and the tiki torches are out. Lol.

Movie was a solid 8 at best, but soundtrack and costume design were top notch.

Truth is in the middle. The damn thing was nominated for best picture. Every one of us knows Guardians of the Galaxy was a better movie.

Also, Gollum/Serkis was the best character in the movie behind Killmonger and Tchalla. Pretty weak to off him.

Best costumes award, well deserved IMO, all those pompous medieval/Victorian dresses are boring AF and have been done hundreds of times, while Wakandan tribal dresses were really nice.
best picture nomination was a joke of course, it was not even best marvel movie that year)

I don't think there is any way we don't see Serkis come back. He was very compelling. It will be revealed his body was dragged into one of those healing, regeneration pools by some subversive forces within Wakanda and his technology will be enhanced.
