You seemed to have glossed over where I said that both white and black gangs are a negative influence in the community and both have their fans and the gangstas portray a life so cool kids want to be like them. I do think it is a bigger issue in black communities because there’s a lot more pressure to join a gang by peers, the gang itself, environmental factors (I need the gang to protect me from other gangs), often family already in the gang-and it’s the same in almost every block in some neighborhoods

But why is you think this would be the "same thing" as the other incident. While it's definitely on the range from inappropriate to outright nasty for someone to be saying racial slurs, under 1A it's not a crime to my knowledge. So how could attacking someone not committing a crime be on par with attacking someone committing a crime?

And if we take the video takers at their word, one guy used a negative slur while the other refused to pay his tab. At least in this video, one guy tells him to pay his tab, which lends a little bit of credence to the original story, but I also think they were looking for an excuse to fight someone and then one asshole uses the n word making this a possible hate crime and the world gasps. The number of white people attacked by black people is staggering compared to the reverse, but they are rarely considered hate crimes. Basically, I don’t know how this is news when the other incidents are not.

I wouldn't say I glossed over it. I wanted to focus on the point that you still want to make a bit of a separation based on white or a distinction for the same thing. Im not questioning your intent on it.

Also, thats not really the point I was asking if you disagreed with. The other incident was posted from a news site. I saw it on the news as well. It pops up on my YouTube suggestions daily... So im not sure what you consider "news" I've seen both stories covered my multiple outlets.

To me its so weird how a witness can now come forward to confirm a backstory. Everybody pro assault ignores it. Yet keeps pushing on with theme of "something wrong with Black people.....black people do this.....black people do that...."
