It really depends if Rory can get a take-down. At this point his take-downs are fairly over rated and I find it hard to see him take Penn down at will. Rory would be smart to stay on the outside and throw jabs and kicks.

BJ has an excellent chance, as he's almost impossible to take down in the 1st round. If Rory can survive till the 2nd without taking too much damage than the advantage is his.
