Media BJ Penn moves to 1 - 1 in street fights

Letting someone punch you is not a fight.

It's a very stupid thing to do. But it's not a fight.

Equally stupid is not being capable of making these basic distinctions.
What would have happened if he didn't got knocked out ? They would have just gone their separate ways ? Don't think so. it was a fight, they were clearly ready to fight, penn just was stupid enough to start the fight by letting the guy punch him as a taunt and it backfired

Full video clearly shows him not fighting back at all against the guy, merely stuffing the guys's TD attempts and saying 'punch again, punch again' while leaving his chin out.

If you think that's BJ legit 'fighting', then you're not the sharpest tool in the shed. But you're in good company here.

First you presented it as BJ telling guy to take his best shot and nothing even close to a fight. It's like you didn't even see either video prior to sounding off like the fucking can you are.

Tell us how mortally offended you are by this discussion, lol.

Calm down BJ

Very calm, my Shitdog friend.

I have always found mocking people over their mistaken understanding of this particular situation quite fun for some reason. I have done it in numerous threads.

He's coming fot that belt.

BJ never lost that first 'fight' so many mongs think he did.

He let a guy punch him (incredibly stupidly) and then got up later and beat the shit out of the guy. This is all on video.
What do Hmongs have to do with it?

Also, the guy was tired after punching BJ out, and BJ was rested from being on the ground knocked out. That gave BJ an unfair advantage in the rematch later.

I never said BJ told the guy to 'take his best shot' - I'm sorry that you feel so embarrassed by having your lack of understanding exposed that you have to invent things like this.

I just said BJ let the guy hit him. He specifically says 'punch again, punch again'.

I am also not offended at all, do not worry. I have a grin on my face. Making fun of mongs on Shitdog is good sport - the more trivial the issue, the better.

What kind of insane cope is this?

The guy knocked him unconscious. His head bounced off ground and shoe went flying. 5 minutes later he runs and tackles guy from behind as the guys trying to get away from him.

Why it is definitely true that he got KOed for giving a free shot and was hammered. He still was brutally KOed and the other guy was likely scared seeing him go out like that.

The first encounter was an actual fight.

BJ is clearly not fighting back in the initial exchange beyond throwing off the guys TD attempts. The taunt was only part of that. I can't help you see what is plainly obvious.

That so many people think BJ is actually fighting back properly in the initial exchange actually says a lot about Shitdog's general understanding of MMA fights too.

BJ is 45 … assuming a normal life span, he has at least another 30-40 years ahead of him, so at this rate of idiocy (getting into drunken street fights, knocking people out on pavement and posting evidence, etc) jail unfortunately is becoming a very likely result eventually.

You've just made up the part about BJ tackling someone from behind as if it is an objective fact, we don't know that's what happened, so you seem to be unable to distinguish reality from your imagination.

Finally some great news in this bleak world!
Man probably said no to his daughter when she asked for a second date so he deserved that!
You have to stand up for your children after all.

Many have lost in combat by underestimating their opponent, which is what BJ did. It's still a loss. In gladiator times BJ would have been dead, no chance to come back.

No other choice but to chalk up a win for the fat redneck.

It doesn't really matter in BJ's record- his old man syndrome of thinking he can still beat youngsters gave him several losses in a row anyway. His street fighting record dropped at the same time (against a fat redneck <lol>).

As said by Dirty Harry, "A man's got to know his limitations."
