BJ has become a conspiracy nutbar over the last decade (which is a bummer) but I don't think the average educated fan who's followed the sport since then thinks Georges, like many/most of his peers, didn't use PEDS.

When Georges was 5% body fat with traps and shoulders bubbling off him, yeah I can see how someone who looked like BJ Penn was annoyed about steroids.

Setting all that aside 1) GSP is still arguably the best ambassador the sport of MMA has ever had and 2) Penn was far too small for welterweight and 3) Georges went up to middleweight and Penn down to featherweight without fuss. These were not similarly sized humans.
