Anyone think he would make a good commentator? His hawaiian accent may make it hard for some to understand but hes got a pretty good wealth of knowledge and fun personality?

"If you want to hear my play-by-play commentary for this fight, go to BJPenn.com."

I dont think hes hard to understand either but i figured maybe some people would.

I like it. Unlike most, he actually has a personality, is articulate and has more experience than almost anyone on the roster, and he's only 33. He'd make for a fun color guy to listen to. More enthusiastic than Florian, who's good, but a bit dull compared to Rogan.

He'd be the best commentator ever, but I don't think he's pride will allow himself to be one.

He commentated at UFC 40 Matt Hughes beat Gil Castillo.

He was quite reserved didn't talk much but he might be good with training/experience.

He's one of the most skilled/knowledgeable fighters out there so I imagine he'd offer more than Goldberg.

He'd probably come in unprepared for that too. He can't get off a metaphor because he gases and what not.
