Lol he literally just said that the Bitcoin Blockchain cannot be hacked unless it’s with a quantum computer and those don’t even exist. You would need to control 51% of the blockchain to even attempt to try and it could take you more than 1 million lifetimes to do it. The easiest way for people to make money doing shady things is by hacking exchanges, creating bunk scam ICO’s, Ponzi schemes, phishing sites, phishing wallets, malware ect. Hacking Bitcoin is not one of them because there is no ROI.

Why would I be worried about BTC being hacked? I don’t own any and it’s almost impossible. Even WHEN quantum computer technology has arrived, who’s to say Blockchain tech hasn’t grown with it? Blockchain might be outdated or completely revamped in 10-20 years to align itself with the risks quantum computers bring.

Technically quantum computers already exist. As a response, there are already blockchains specifically built to be quantum resistant. And most main blockchains are working on quantum resistance. You should probably do some research before posting.

No Bitcoin is NOT at risk of being hacked when used. The USER is at risk of being hacked when using it. Did you even read the article you posted? Unless you have something worth wild to discuss or vulnerabilities you feel the Blockchain has, why are you here? I mentioned above all of the ways hackers can steal people's crypto and hacking the Blockchain isn't one of them. Something you still seem to have a hard time grasping.

I'm just going to echo what multiple people seem to already be trying to explain to you - bitcoin has never been hacked (the blockchain actually encourages people to try to hack it so it can close security vulnerabilities).

Bitcoin users being hacked has nothing to do with bitcoin itself being hacked. Users are hacked via email phishing attacks, scam internet links etc.

Surely you are able to comprehend this...if not, I suggest you take a seat with Jones Bones and let the adults talk.

You don't have to spend it from the same wallet you hold it in. You can keep parts of it in different wallets for either holding or spending. This goes for all cryptos, not just Bitcoin

Proof? Stop being lazy/ignorant and use a google search. Virtually every single link will tell you that bitcoin (and any cryptographic currency) is extremely difficult to hack.

It's painfully clear that you don't know much about this space at all. A few links to bitcoin users being hacked via emails/scam websites which is everyday news is your ammunition against cryptocurrency?

Maybe you just enlighten us with more breaking news about how computer viruses exist, social media is a thing, and email passwords are vulnerable to hacks.
