Social Bill Murray on JRE

After my second liszten..its the GOAT jre episode. You can't really do better than Bill Murrray talking for 2 hours .

I loved his scene in Coffee and Cigarettes.

Just Bill Murrray, RZA, and GZA smoking, drinking coffee and shooting the shit.

They could have made that the whole movie, I'd watch 3 hours of that.

I've never seen this! Thank you for bringing to my attentioin!

Ironically, Murray has the reputation of being a total dick with other cast members, although he seems to be friends with Davidson. Maybe Bill gets the rejects from the really endowed one.

His 'seething hatred' of Sandler, Farley and Schneider for example is legendary. Sandler I can see but Farley is puzzling,
since Akroyd loved him.

Who knows, the personalities and egos involved would no doubt provide plenty of friction.

The Caddyshack backstories are hilarious involving Chevy Chase. In the original screenplay, Murray had NO lines but improvised to the point that the movie is as much about his character as anyone else with the director's blessing.
Apparently Chase was livid and threatened to walk off of the production.
The two never spoke during filming.
Weird.

That sounds like quite a bit of hear-say. I know a few people that have worked with Bill, but TBH maybe it was other actors he was beefing with. He was always very kind with the crew from everything i've heard,

Chase has a reputation for being a giant cunt on the set of Community and other projects.

hilarious that Rogan has the picture of Hunter S Thompson with a had that Bill gave him

It was earlier today around noon near Times Square. I've been on vacation with a couple of my friends in the city and most of them were sleeping in after a late night. I strolled out of the hotel and made my way to a nearby Mcdonald's to grab some fries and a shake. When I was waiting to cross at the 46th and 7th crosswalk I noticed a hand slip around me from behind and grab two of my fries. In my confusion I turned around and HOLY SHIT ITS BILL FUCKING MURRAY! Before I could get a word out, he yelled over the crowd, "No one will ever believe you." He then cross to the other side of 7th avenue and disappeared into the crowd.

Best moment was Bill himself giving a talk about being aware, that political discussion divides even amongst his closest friends, and he avoids it at all costs.
