Biggest downfall in UFC history?

I always enjoyed Tyson Griffins fights even if most were decision. He always had a lot of energy and brought exciting fights.
 
And Dave Terrell just disappeared.

But I'd have to say Karo Parisyan. He used to throw his opponent left and right inside the octagon. Now, he's trying to make a name for himself again in smaller promotions.

Also, Tim Sylvia used to be on top, as the HW champion. Now, Dana White won't even give him a chance even after Sylvia begged for a shot inside the octagon.

Injuries, mental illness (painkillers too?), Ray Mercer (and turning up at over 300 lbs).
