Please include all the frames next time you make gifs. This isn't the era of 56k Modems anymore, file size isn't massively important and it's so much better than looking at a slide show.

If you want to reduce file size, make the files a smaller resolution, and consider changing them from 256 to 128 colours unless the image quality is hampered severely.
