no you can't help yourself and continue to show your lack of understanding...are presidential records property of the NARA after a president completes his term (yes https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title44/chapter22&edition=prelim. "Presidential records come to NARA at the end of the administration. The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) applies to the Presidential Records Act (PRA) five years after the President has left office"dude, you just can't help yourself. i've literally posted fact after fact with links to counter your lies and you keep popping back up. without ever acknowledging you were proved dead wrong. it's like you have a compulsion to lie and post falsehoods to deflect from your boy.
the clinton decision makes zero mention of declass. all it did was confirm what is clear in the PRA. the president can deem records personal. he cannot deem "presidential documents" to be private. or classified documents, which are by definition presidential.
Are declassified documents property of NARA(yes)
Soooo you're argument is though even though Trump claimed he declassified documents that he can't keep them because they belong to the NARA....)
As do presidental documents...
See how that court case has set precedent?
I mean come on now use your brain
