It's funny how they have slammed so many Republicans in the media by calling them stupid (e.g. Gerald Ford, Dan Quayle, George W. Bush, etc.), but Biden trumps them with shit like this. That is the single stupidest thing I have seen a president or vice-president do. That guy with the nuclear codes was probably in shock.
