Biased's Shenanigans

Friday the 22nd was pretty sick in the evening, either food poisoning or flu idk. Saturday pretty crummy too.
Today (Sunday) I weigh 226, did a bunch of shrugs, rear delt flys, rows, military presses, uppercut movement with 10lb weights. Now to study for exams... yay.
 
One exam left tomorrow and I am done with finals. Pretty excited.

Yesterday held some pads for guys fighting this weekend and worked with my coach on a double left hook and rolling under to the right and popping back up for a R cross. Also hit the bag for a few rounds, mostly working on previously mentioned.
Did a light lift today and some shadow boxing at the house.
 
All A's and one B (88) I finished up with. Pretty excited, time to start focusing on mma more. 2 team mates are fighting today and a few friends from other gyms, going to be a good show.

2 of my main training partners are taking a week off after their fight, so I didn't go to the gym.
Lifted at my house, squats, bent over dumbbell rows, abs (dragon flags), military press, calf raises. Shadow boxing at the end. Light workout.
 
Warmed up on the bag.
Kicked pads R body kick and L switch kick to body for several rounds, partner and I both holding thai pads and just taking turns.
Practiced push kicks, snap kicks and how to defend them and off balance opponent to return.
221 after practice, eating and re-hydrating.

Light sparred a few rounds then grappled a few yesterday.
Took today off.

Saturday was busy with graduation and family stuff.

Today (Sunday) shadow boxed and hit my bag some rounds, followed by alot of stretching.

Started by taking turns throwing kicks, both holding thai pads. Mostly round kicks, some question mark kicks, and even did a round of spinning back kicks.
Did some light boxing sparring just moving around and getting a good sweat. Mixing in a take down or two.
Went ape shit on a banana bag to finish. Feeling good, feeling powerful.
223 lbs at the moment.
 
Rows, shrugs, curls, rear delt flys, pretty heavy. Shoulder is feeling better the last couple of days or so, hopefully that keeps up.

Preventing wall walking by shelfing, turning, or staying above

Slipping a jab and countering with uppercut, stepping to their hip, bumping to throw R cross.

Practiced windmill kick, missing with high round kick to set up windmill.

A bit sickly today. Called in sick to my rotation.
This evening did a little weighted hanging knee raises and some reverse flys.
 
Hard kickboxing sparring session. Had a blast. Shins are sore even through shin pads. Couple of long rounds. Landed a crescent kick to the face haha.
