Warmed up with some shadow boxing and stretching
4x3 min rounds on various bags
We continued on blocking kicks or catching body kicks while stepping away from the impact. Using their leg to imbalance them and working into counters either punches, knees or high kick.
Finished with some heavy thai pad rounds and then stretched.
