30 min Tennis - whooped on Zero before the lights shut off.

Totally beat up tonight. Squats and Bench both felt heavy. I was a complete puss and dropped the weight down on squats. On the other hand, my legs are extra jakked.

Wifey had teh PMS and baked cookie while we lifted. No PWO shake tonight boy, just lots o' milk and cookies while we watched The Office. Perfection.

Tennis: 30min

Spent about 45 min working deadlift form and trying to find the best way to wear a belt with a gut. Ouch. Pulling I break by straightening my legs/raising my hips first, with a slight rock forward, and then extending my trunk. Really hard for me not to do : / My goal is to clean up my form and add some damn weight to the bar. hmmm 545 this summer should be doable. Find a better hip position so I can load my hammies up, straighten out the spine more, and keep upper back tight from the ground.

Haven't hit a squat pr in a while, but its looking much cleaner since starting Sheiko last January. Still a ways to go, but at least I'm headed in the right direction. My hip abductors and flexors, and abs are weak.

Bench? Better set-up, but I'm backsiding a little. Time to switch it up.
