Zero bet me I couldn't get the last rep with a 10 sec pause. I couldn't budge it after the pause and the bands trapped me under the bar. I was yelling for to zero to help, but he couldn't get the bar in the pins from where he was standing and was doubled over laughing. Had to do the stomach vaccum and slip off the side of the bench and fall onto the floor. Hilarity ensued. Major failure day. I was suprised he didn't stop to grab the camera and document this, but I was yelling, "I can't breath!"

Pre-hab: Scapular pushups, light shrugs, medially and lateral rotations w/ minibands, miniband pullaparts and pulldowns.

Squatting above 365 my form starts to get weird. I need to stretch my hammies and hips... a lot. I butt wink and then shift my hips up and back before pressing out of the hole. Doubles at 85% on bench were not happening today. Mild pain at elbow/medial head of tricep... pressing overload achieved.
 
Jesus called me yesterday and told me you need to do the PL meet with Zero. You don't want to piss Jesus off, do you?
