Home gym time. I was feeling flu-like on Sunday. Had no appetite and seeing food on tv turned my stomach a little. Felt better today, still weak. The adjustable inc bench I have is about 21" including padding, it felt akward. I'm guessing a standard bench height is around 17.5"... so I'll need to replace that in time. Worked on widening my stance and spreading the floor, but I had some pain on the top of my left glute so I kept it light today. I'll keep up the soft tissue work, and dynamic stretching, but it even hurt to reach down and tie my shoes.

With all this hiking, you should be in the jacked and tan race.

Left Glute/lower back still an issue. Doesn't hurt when lifting, but the moment I release the bar and try and stand up, its kills. Same with squatting, the second I rack the bar and take the weight off my shoulders, "bam!" I'm going to keep it really light until the pain is gone when I bend over.

btw... ring dips are hard for fatties.

Yeah, like a champ. I think I tweaked my glute trying decline allen lifts/zombie situps...My hammies just aren't flexible enough to do those properly. A week more of being a baby and it should be gone.

You spent a lot of money on your home gym.

nope... I guy workout out with in Seattle had a power rack that had been in storage for 6 years. He gave me the rack, bar, bumpers, dumbells, for a few hundred bucks. He was a professional mover and helped me pack the U-Haul in a snowstorm. He also had a monster truck 4X4 and we were able to drive around town in search of tire chains for the U-haul and my car. I couldn't get the U-haul anywhere near my apt without tire chains. Without his help I would have had an ulcer. I still owe him a beer.
