I've been short on time recently. In 4 weeks, I'll be walking away from my job and moving to Phoenix [the great bastion of culture it is], so I've been preoccupied job-searching, packing, stressing, smoking, and generally being an all around uber-grump. I'm still recovering from the unplanned week off - soreness and inflexibility. My hammies are perma-sore and my bench arch is MIA. In between bench sets I tossed the pvc under my back and relaxed on it. I hope I don't catch whatever Zero has in Phx [Weaksauceitis? Vaginitis?] *shudders* I think I can avoid it easy enough. I don't see myself tooling around in a Lark scooter or doing assited pullups.

I'm enjoying working cleans, next stop? A manly clean, front squat, and press...Well maybe not MANLY, but maybe a something with a little chest hair and scruff. Think Shaggy from Scobby Doo. Zoinks!

On the first set of squats at 315 I strained my neck/trap. Not a horrible strain where you can't lift arms, it just hurts to turn my head to the left or look down. I finally realized a collar on the bar was loose and had slide a few centimeters out on the bar. I couldn't fiqure out why the bar felt heavy on one side as I kept racking and un-racking the bar. I think I looked down or toward the left at the bottom and tweeked my neck.

I finshed up and called it quits I wanted a handful of ibuprofen and some naproxen.
 
so which one of you will be batman and who's going to be robin? you're currently ahead in lifts but zero can boost his lifts by 100 lb on a dime...and he likes piggy back rides....so what do you think?
 
I don't think Zero can jump high enough to piggybackattack me...therfore. I am Batman.

Cleans are exhausting : P It was especially humind in the gym tonight, the mirrors were fogging up, and my sweat towel was drenched. Whenever it rains (haha, I'm in Seattle) they place a giant garbage can on the basketball court to catch rain from leaks in the ceiling. Anyway, I feel like I've been getting slower and slower pulling from the floor, so I was looking to pop the weight off the floor.
