Beware the Jabberwocky!

I use one of the EliteFTS Retro Powerbelts I bought when they had the belts on sale and free shipping. It's just a 10mm buckle. I could make the Inzer Lever work for pulling, but I would have to take out a notch so it was a touch looser, which is far from convenient.

Congrats on the bench PR.

I use a ~10mm lever belt (non-Inzer) for both squat and deadlift.

Back Squat
135x5
225x5
245x4 x2
275x3 x2
315x3 x5 beltless

Bottom Start Bench (pins just off chest)
155x5
185x4 x2
215x3 x2
245x2 x6

Back Squat
225x4
245x4
275x4 x4 beltless

Face Pulls
60x8 x2

Seated Cable Row (wide grip/elbows out)
155x8 x3

Squatting w/out a belt really highlighted what I need to work on. Using a belt I get away with more forward lean, without it, I sat upright more and grounded thru my heels. Weak link = quads and hip flexors.

Bottom start bench made an easy day alot harder. Pins were set about about an inch off the chest. Rough. I've got some tightness inside my left shoudler blade, trying to roll it out.

I'm going to bet you will move past Zero at the end of 32 :)

At first I thought you meant before I turn 33 (10 months) : (
then I realized you meant #32... still 11 weeks : (

Be afraid Zero, I'm really moving this time. ETA Jan 09

275x3 x2 (68%)
315x2 x2 (78%)
365x1 (90%) w/ belt
385x1 (95%)
405x.9 (100%)*too shallow  I was concentrating on pushing against the belt and decending slower, popped up to early.
405x1 (100%)*Little gm hitch :icon_neut

Bench
155x5
185x4 x2
215x3 x2
245x2 x6

Back Squat
205x5 (50%)
245x4 (60%)
275x3 x2 (68%)
315x2 x4 (78%)

Db Flyes
30s x10 x3

Muscle Snatch
65x8 x3

Using a belt less is really helping my squat. Ready to do all 80% work beltess, almost time for a bump up. Bench felt heavy today. Muscle snatches are a keeper (good find Donut), thry're much better than cubans.

with that squat volume I would think you must be pretty close to a new PR.

how much do you weigh?

keep up the good lifting man.

Liquid will squat 445 on his test day, I am calling it.

I'm still having problems gming heavy weights, but that could be doable,...if I could borrow some stronger legs. I'm going to worrk beltless more often (aka the Chaos mitten plan)

3 mile jog

I have all of the grace of an OF lineman now. Come to think of it I haven't run over 3 miles this year without my back tighten up.
