Middle finger on rings is working well. I think as I'm get stronger a slighter wider grip feels more comfortable. Turned around in the power rack to face away from the mirror for squats. Having a better point to focus on helped my form.

epsom salt bath.

 
Good luck blazing through #30. I've found that the stronger I get the wider grip feels better. The reps are slower than with a narrower grip, but they feel much stronger, if that makes sense.

Shiekopwnd! I skipped out on the 2nd DL session and and did some lighter work. Hip flexors and adductors felt beat up after benching marathon. At least I know I'm using my legs. Getting frustrated pulling with an inzer, betwen the belt and the latch (worn loose) its hard to get into a good starting position. Sometimes I turn it around (latch in the back) May need to find a cheap dl only belt. What are you guys using?

Need better posterior chain flexibility.
