Is waxy maze much better than powdered Gatorade? If so, how?

The difference is in the big picture is pretty fucking miniscule, getting your carbs and protein is the most important thing. But I don't think there is any question that waxy maize>gatorade. Supposedly Dante and Justin Harris at TP are coming out with another carb source that is even higher molecular weight than WMS and has a host of other benefits.

It's medium rate, about equivalent to egg protein. So well suited to mix with CDMI so you get a mix of fast whey, medium gemma, and casein. It's good stuff, a complete protein despite coming from vegetable source and has an amino acid profile better than most dairy proteins.

I didn't look at the workout before I left the house. Oops, not prepared to deadlift tonight. Forgot shoes = deadlifted in socks.

One more rough squat session and Sheiko will be done. This program has been awesome for Squat and Bench. In just 4 weeks I've put on muscle and move my belt in a notch without trying. Fatloss via volume. I'm really looking forward toa break fromthe big 3 and some conditioning). I'll do this program again with minor tweaking (fronts squats, rowing, chins, and ohp. I tried to say as true to Boris' plan as my bench is pretty girlie and the volume helped.

Anyone tired of a push/pull/squat or 5x5 routine, who isn't fight training, should give it a whirl for a month.

Only 1 more day of suffering. After i finished that last friday I have done jack shit since in regards to lifting. Ran sprints on Sunday and Tuesday and hopefully will be lifting again tonight. Are you going to max again soon to see how much you gained?
 
Yeah. I'll probably test my bench max and see if I can squat 405lb with better form this time.
 
You guys suck. 5 more weeks :(

Though the volume is about half as much so it will really be pretty easy.

I imagine your bench max of 250 is going to go up a little bit, lol.
