100m Sprint

Lateral jumpover and back to 40m sprint x 4 (leaving every 1 min.)

The circuit had me the closest I've to snarfing up my lunch in some time, which incidentally was at an Indian buffet. 40s in the grass felt great. Decelerating on soft grass was easy on the ol' hips.
